Pricing
Except prices for an order that have been already accepted by Ozroofracks all our website prices are PTC "prices to be confirmed" - subject to change without any other notice and are not guaranteed, and they're impacted by supply and demand issues.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping calculated at checkout
All our shipments are insured and require signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible to provide a SAFE PLACE for deliveries. Proof of postage, signature (+$2.95) on delivery and extra cover for the order value are automatically required since 1/Oct/2023.
Local Carriers; AUPost, Transdirect, Aramex and Shippit. 1-8 business days transit time.
International Carriers: AUPost (max.20kgs), TransDirect, FedEx and DHL. 6 to 21 business days transit time.

Shipping bulky items and driver "Call On Approach"
Bulky items require special delivery conditions as each courier have their own T&Cs chances the driver/office "Call On Approach" are low or even not available. Or if they do call and customer doesn't take the call the shipment will incur in extra charges reason why the customer has the responsibility to cover fees/charges on additional expenses like fuel and time for the second attempt.

Compatibility Cheker
Our compatibility tool uses AI to guide your selection. While our vehicle list is conservative, fitment can vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm measurements on their vehicle before purchase.

Proof of Condition/Delivery
We will send a photo of your parcel labelled before shipment. We recommend to take photographic evidence before openning the package would prove it was handed over in good condition by the courier, protecting the buyer in case of claim.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and eftpos) through our secure payment partners (Square and Stripe), as well as PayPal and popular digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) methods like Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and Zip might dynamically surface as payment options during checkout when available.

Your Courier Choice pick-up
Customers can organise their own Courier after payment. We can print labels and attend parcel pickups. Information needed about measurements/weight of parcels on Shipping Sizechart page.

Duties, Fees and Taxes
Eftpos no extra charge. All the prices exclude taxes within Australia. Australian taxes are not applicable on overseas exports.
Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties and fees that may apply to any purchase. Ozroofracks is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Limited offers & Expiration date
Any offer from Ozroofracks or our representative is valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

eBay, Etsy, MyDeal and any third party platform/marketplace fees might increase the price of the product between +13.4% and +38%.

Proof of Identity
Ozroofracks reserves the right to ask for a proof of identity for any pick-up order so please bring a valid ID like driving license, passport, Photo ID. Otherwise you'll need the buyer authorization. For replacements, claims, returns and refunds a valid proof of identity will be always required.

Installations
We only install Ozroofracks products without an exception. Our installation fee is $140/h and requires to book an appointment ahead.

Photo Assessment Feature
Images are submitted to ozroofracks for compatibility assessment only. Unless you expressly agree to a clearly stated longer period before using the relevant feature, files are securely stored for up to 30 days and scheduled for deletion thereafter.

Return policy
Any return must be approved by the Company (without exception).
Products must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Returns accepted till 30 days from date on your purchase receipt. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Customer provides return shipping in any case. 10% restocking fee apply: this covers our time spent counting in, checking the goods for marks, re-folding & placing each back into the correct warehouse location. Refunds on the same method as payment.

Warranty and Liability
Our products are not insured in USA or Canada.
Our bracket has a Limited lifetime warranty (excludes coatings) of 1-Year from the purchase date (as per invoice). Check warranty exclusions before purchasing.
