Returns
Ozroofracks is happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased through our website.
- Within 30 days of purchase
- All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
- The full amount of brackets/washers/screws originally sold must be there.
- Tax invoice must be valid
When returning products to us, you can either bring your order and matching tax invoice to our trade counter, or post it back to or warehouse at:

Returns/Exchanges
Require the tax invoice or order number
To make a warranty claim (1 year from the purchase date) the product concerned must be returned to the place of purchase with the original purchase receipt. No warranty claim will be processed without proof of purchase. All warranty claims must include receipt of purchase. The cost of returning the product to the place of purchase will be borne by the purchaser.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and we will need to open an incidence with the courier, so we will need proofs as images/photos of the package as well as the notice of delivery otherwise your complaint or refund request must go to the courier directly.
Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Without a tax invoice or order number.
- We may not be able to find you in our system, or
- We may be unable to verify the original order, or
- There may be a delay on refunding your purchase.
Refund Methods
All refunds will be processed by their original payment methods.
If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.
