oz11 Installation Instructions - Ozroofracks

For full installation instructions follow the manual that came with your set or download it below. It's especially important to refer to your vehicule manual in order to know the loading rate of your vehicule roof. Remember that the condition of your gutter and the weight of the accesories clamped will affect the stability of this product.

IMPORTANT: Power tools are NOT REQUIRED to install our product/s. By using power tools you can damage your vehicle and the thread on the brackets. If you need to specifically tighten up a bracket, use the lock nut provided behind the bracket nut (for extra safety). As any other metal autopart some parts are masked when powder coating (like the threads) meaning bare metal is expose. If you're planning a low-maintenance and/or long-lasting installation use a good silicone self-fusing tape, liquid sealant, high density thread seal tape or anaerobic sealant to avoid rust.
